FAQ

Q: Do all economical PLCs support Ethernet?

No. Only models with “-ETH” suffix (such as GPU221-ETH, GPU224XP-ETH, GPU226-ETH) have built-in Ethernet.

Q: Can I connect an HMI?

Yes. All models support RS485. Ethernet models support network-based HMI and Modbus TCP.

Q: Which model should I choose for analog control?

For basic analog control, choose GPU224XP or GPU228. For current-output-only applications, GPU223-R is suitable.

Q: Power supply requirement?

All 200 Series Economical PLCs use 24VDC power supply.
